Appam Corner Restaurant is the culmination of years of experience and passion Founded by Mr. Karthikeyan Thankaraja, Mr. Anandan Ramasamy and Mr. Ashok Kumar Chandrasekar.

Mr. Karthikeyan, inspired by his father’s legacy, brings a passion for authentic Indian cuisine to Appam Corner. His commitment to quality ingredients, traditional techniques, and memorable dining experiences drives the restaurant’s success. Mr. Anandan, a renowned chef with a decade of experience in 5-star hotels across India and Dubai, is a graduate of Hotel Management, which has refined his skills in culinary techniques and hospitality standards. His formal training, coupled with hands-on experience, brings an exceptional level of culinary expertise to every dish served at Appam Corner. Mr. Ashok Kumar Chandrasekar, initially an established interior designer, was drawn to the restaurant industry due to his passion and interest. Through dedication and continuous learning, he has transformed into a skilled hotelier.
